Remix Post Mix Concrete is suitable for fixing all types of wooden, metal and concrete posts into a vertical position. The mix is a kiln-dried, pre-blended, factory-produced quick-setting concrete, which hardens in approximately 10 minutes after water addition, depending on ambient conditions. Post Mix (sometimes referred to as Post Crete or post concrete) is specifically designed for the setting of timber, metal or concrete fence posts. Although the primary use for Post Mix is fixing posts into the ground, it can also be used for other small jobs around the garden, like sleepers.

Offering up to 25N/mm2 strength (after 28 days) and a set time of 5-10 minutes, this rapid-setting product is time-saving and easy to use. With a consistent mixture and strength, you just need to add water, no pre-mixing is required. FenceMate Post Concrete is the ideal time and effort-saving solution for domestic or commercial applications such as fixing posts, road signs or bollards, as no mixing with water is required before placing.

• Used for setting DuraPost Fence Posts, Wood posts, Metal posts, Concrete posts and Fencing or Signposting.

• Hardens in approximately 10 minutes after water addition, depending on ambient conditions.


• Instructions:


• 1. Dig a hole of sufficient depth for the post. A 2400mm post should have 600mm below ground.


• 2. Place the post in the hole and fix it in position. Check for alignment with a sprit level.


• 3. Empty half the contents of the bag into the hole around the base of the post. Pour approx.1 litre of clean water onto the Post Concrete. Stop pouring when the water ceases to soak away. Now empty the remaining contents of the bag into the hole and pour another approx. litre of water in.


• 4. Adjust the post into position and support appropriately until the material set occurs, The mix will be set in approximately 10-15 minutes.


• 5. Once the postfix concrete has set, cover with earth, grass or decorative aggregate, as required.
